“The hotel reception (Roberto) was exceptionally friendly and took time to explain the facilities of the hotel plus the sights around the lovely city of Valladolid. I got to see the monument of my hero Christopher Columbus too. Had lovely meals and coffee around the city which are the bonus of our short visit to Valladolid ”

“We entered as some other guests were leaving. I don't know if we would have been able to check in if not for them. The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. I think there weren't many……
