“The team at the hotel was amazing. Everyone I interacted with was kind, respectful, and ready to assist. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant stay. Their warm attitude really made a difference!”

“Had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was firm but comfortable. ”

“Overall was extremely dirty with rust, mold on the bathroom ceilings, chipping paint, tiles falling off the shower walls, carpets that felt oily. Hallways smell damp. The staff was very kind, though. Beds were okay. Smelled clean. Unfortunately the pictures did not match the state of the rooms. I do not think there is much that could be fixed here without major repairs. ”
