“The location of this townhouse was great! Downtown Sugarland is only minutes away. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The townhouse was functional. When it was just the two of us there was more than enough room. When there was 4 of us it was a little tight because of a lack of seating. The kitchen could use more coffee mugs, bowls, skillets etc. The couch can seat 4, but not comfortably. The couch was very uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom did not have a bed. It had a blowup mattress. Perfectly fine……

“My favorite thing about this stay was the amazing food right at your front door. I tried so many new places and they were all incredible. Easy access to hop onto the Grand Parkway and I-10. The Condo was quiet, spacious, parking was great. The only thing I would've changed would be the bedding felt cheap, and there was an unpleasant odor (that could possibly have been the plug-ins?).”

“We enjoyed our visit! The wifi was not the greatest. When watching TV it kept buffering. Also, the water went out, and I asked the property manager too look into it, but I never heard a response. Luckily, there was someone on cite that fixed it.”

“The unit was nice, clean and the location was good for our needs. But not a lot of extras so a long term stay would require some kitchen items. Also, no pillowcases in master so we found some less decorative shams to use. Also the other bedroom didn’t have sheets in it so we found some and made that bed. ”

“Host needs to communicate on one platform, tried thru VRBO no answer, tried via phone no answer, got messages on app, email, and text but very poor response time. Had to contact on-site building manager before host would be responsive”

“I had reserved this place for a month. The day of my reservation I was notified by my work that the location of our job site was switched and I needed to be nearly an hour away, across town. So I reached out to ask the Host if we could just cancel my reservation. It turned out to be a four or five day event, with numerous calls in to Vrbo Cust. Service. The Host would not give me a refund, and she was so suspicious of everything that she didn’t even believe the Vrbo agent worked for Vrbo, and……
