“The home was warm, beautifully decorated and clean. Location was in a great neighborhood with easy parking. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Communication was easy for check in and check out. We would book again for future visits.”

“We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!”

“Everything was clean. The air freshener smell was unfortunately strong. No bathmat; I felt bad leaving the floor wet after a shower. Silverware was strangely thin. “This is a beautiful home in a nice little neighborhood right outside of downtown Washington DC. We travelled here for a week long vacation with parents and my teenage sons. The home was clean with plenty of blankets and towels. The cookware was in good condition and good knives and cutting board (this seems to be an issue at many rentals so we were happy to get good quality kitchen items here). The owner was easy to communicate with and readily available to make sure we enjoyed our stay -……

“We arrived at the apartment after a long day of work. It was an easy bus ride from the museums on the Mall. Clean, nicely decorated, with thoughtful touches like ear plugs, coffee and creamer, fresh towels, blackout curtains...we slept very well. It was perfect for a short overnight trip with a work colleague!”

“I had a wonderful stay at this place! It is SUPER clean and close to lots of things; easy to get to where you want to go from there. I was staying in town for a conference, and it’s a 5-7 minute walk to the convention center. The owners have thought of everything-so many cute little touches in the loft. It’s a whole vibe in there! Great experience and I would definitely stay there again!”

“Great neighborhood - inside a little tired. Needs new flooring in places. Furniture is sparse and mix-mash. Bar stools (only 2) are disgusting - need replacement. Need a Keurig. Very spacious and quiet. ”

“I loved everything about the apartment and the host.The only problem we had was at check in. The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked. Then, at 4 min after check in time, the key information arrived via email. All was well after that.Great apartment! Comfy beds! Thanks!”

“Attended several events and found transportation between the apartment and venues was easy.Also found a couple real good local eateries in close walking distance.”

“Beds are comfortable; convenient location; bathroom shower faucets need repair; kitchen , dining room and living room very nice; floors refinished; blinds in bedrooms and living room need repair; furnace door and closet need cleaning.; hosts are helpful and easy to communicate with. ”

“This was one of our favorite short-term rentals to date. The location was great and the host Anthony was terrific. Most importantly, the condo was very clean and well-appointed with designer touches. We really appreciated the fast wifi, coffee maker (and coffee beans), and bags of ice in the freezer. The bird-themed decor and furniture was designer-level. There was also ample outdoor space with two balconies and a rooftop patio! Highly recommended. ”
