I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it. Perfect getaway. ”

“Staying in the houseboat was an adventure. We had a few hiccups in the check-in process but the hosts were very responsive and everything was sorted out very quickly. The houseboat was made in the 60s so some things were as I expected and some things such as the heating was not. The first night of the stay the temps dropped down into the 30s and the boat was COLD! “We loved our weekend getaway! The houseboat was decorated so well and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have the option to stay in a location so unique! “Have stayed at this property in the past and will continue to do so. Would encourage anyone with plans to stay in the Fulton area to give this house a chance over area hotels. Very cozy house with plenty of place and amenities. You get the feel of being in the country with the farm across the street but the convenience of being in town. We enjoyed the meat/cheese tray, and fruit/veggie tray left in the fridge for us by the host. We had a great time staying at the house with family from Minnesota……
