“This place is great if you are looking for a weekend getaway or even a week. Quiet neighborhood and it has everything you need if you want to cook you meals or grill out. You do not want to miss coffee on the deck in the mornings and/or cocktails in the afternoon or evening. The on site manager Micah is the best. Whenever I bumped into him he always asked if things were OK and if I needed anything. This building, built in 1850, has a rich history of businesses from the past. They built boats……

“Fantastic location right downtown Savana. Walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Cute apartment with all the amenities…except the 7 squares of toilet paper and no refill. Good thing there were plenty of tissues. Nice clean place and very cool little hidden reading nook. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Features we look for: 2 comfy seats, couches preferred, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed in a separate room with a door, good temp and water pressure in shower. This place had all of those and was clean, quiet, and comfy. ”
