“Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights. Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond. Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers. Really lovely……

“We had a lovely stay in our cabin everything was thought of and covered, was suprised with how comfy the bed was, overall a very calming and relaxing place to go for all involved the perfect little weekend getaway ”

“We were the first overnight guests for the new owners and forced them to accelerate their plans for taking guests! They were lovely and could not have given us a warmer welcome. They have great plans for the Bull Inn and we would love to go back in future to see the results. We wish them every success with their new venture. ”

“Stayed in Boston, Lincs. Great hotel. Stay was made awkward by the annual fair being in town!! Town centre roads were closed, and it was really noisy until 11pm. ”

“The room was very nice it had a comfy bed hair drier fan kettle tea and coffee a microwave iron and ironing board the shower was ok and nice clean fluffy white towels as I was on my own I felt safe staying there the owner was very nice and friendly I've also stayed at the quayside hotel prefer this one over that ”

“Stayed here for 3 nights do a conference locally and it was perfect. Friday enjoyed a beautiful meal in the restaurant. Staff went above and beyond. Very approachable if I had any questions. Looking forward to coming back next year! ”

“Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. ”

“Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again ”
