“We had an excellent stay at Microtel Inn & Suites. The first thing that impressed me was you can tell the staff are all pretty close knit & they seem happy with their jobs. The rooms are a bit dated, but the staff do an outstanding job of keeping it super clean. All of the staff was extremely helpful & took wonderful care of us. There was even an issue with the number/size of our beds (not their fault - third party booking misrepresented the room) & they were able to accommodate us on short……

“I tried to contact the staff at 10 o'clock, but no one answered. Even when I called 500, no one answered. It's really terrible!!! I have never seen a hotel without any staff or security personnel. I did not successfully check into the hotel and I hope the hotel can refund me！！！”
