“Was there for a multi day trip to Duke for medical scans and tests. Served sour milk from room service and still charged. Power went out at 4a, had to take a cold shower, power wasn’t restore until I had to check out around 8:30a and no compensation nor even an apology was offered; it was simply it is what it is. No coffee in hot pots, nothing, no attempt to make guests more comfortable or accommodate them in ANY way shape or form. ”

“The property and room were fine. Very comfortable. There were loud guests. I didn’t complain bc I don’t like to make drama. The breakfast was very chaotic. There needs to either be more signs or a clear line. Something. Honestly it was stressful to be in the room where the food was. “I stayed at a Embassy Suites in another state the night before - and this Raleigh property was far inferior. For one, much of the staff didn't speak English. Second, the breakfast food was very bland. Third, the hotel did not have any foam pillows on hand. Fourth the fan in the room was loud and could not be turned off.”
