“We really liked the design/decor and walkability to stuff downtown. Happy to have the coffee shop type option in the lobby/restaurant. Could tell that the hotel is very responsive to guest reviews because they added coffee in the guest rooms and chargers for phones. Clean! It wasn’t obvious to us where to park when trying to check in. Do not like that the only parking option on-site is a $30 valet, and the attendants were in a spat when we pulled in. “Overall stay was great. However, your system double booked us and you comped us another room. For future maybe check to see so this doesnt happen again. Also, I Was told my hilton honors points would be used for the second room, this is unaceptable. The room should be completely comped not charged to me when it was in no way my error. I had booked weeks in advance to make sure something like this did not happen.”

“The communication was great with staff, very clean place. We loved the balcony overlooking downtown. It is walkable to the bars on Glenwood Ave or Morgan St Food Hall. The only complaint I have is the bed, that is one of the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on, my back hurts!”
