“The hotel is beautiful, with a very friendly front desk staff! After checking out I realized I left something of importance in our room, and staff quickly helped me get back into my room to retrieve it. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable for a hotel bed. Overall, great place to stay!”

“The communication was great with staff, very clean place. We loved the balcony overlooking downtown. It is walkable to the bars on Glenwood Ave or Morgan St Food Hall. The only complaint I have is the bed, that is one of the hardest mattresses I’ve ever slept on, my back hurts!”

“Didn’t like that the staff never came in and cleaned the room. Appliances in the room were rusted and dusty. Not up to par at all and room key never worked . Not a good experience at all and will not be back . ”
