“It had been a long day & an even longer drive through stormy weather. By the time I arrived, I had a migraine, was exhausted, and hungry. A coworker recommended this location — I specifically needed a walk-in shower — and mentioned she believed they had room service. When I asked the front desk agent about room service, she kindly explained that they didn’t offer it, but there was a small pantry with items available for purchase. “Excellent stay overall! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The pool was inviting and fun. Two minor issues: The breakfast was subpar. The waffles looked like the instant sort and were pale, flavorless, and undercooked- as were the sausage links and French Toast. “Great customer service! All staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Room was clean and well equipped- full kitchen with utensils, regular size fridge. Bed was comfortable. There was a larger than average bathroom with standing shower -very nice. Parking was paid ($18/day), but very convenient. “The lobby was clean and fancy looking. Both people I interacted with at the front desk were friendly. I had a king suite which was roomy. It did take a while for hot water to kick in and I let the front desk know about the mirror on the closet being off track. I just never used it while I was there. I didn't get to use the gym or pool. I did have breakfast all three mornings. The breakfast attendants tried to always keep it fully stocked. It seems really early in the morning is the way to go……
