“The staff at check in and departure were excellent- courteous, friendly and efficient. My reason for a lower rating on cleanliness was the bathroom floor was not sufficiently clean nor were the walls surrounding the sink. The ottoman was badly stained as was the sofa. Clearly these needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. I did not bring this to the attention of the staff for the bedding seemed to be clean and we were leaving very early in the morning.”
