“The property doesn't look like a hotel, nothing work, the pool was out of service, the TV doesn't work, there is no wifi on property. A restaurant with no food and no beverage not even water. “I stayed for 4 nights, and the majority of the time I spent at the hotel. My accommodation needs changed somewhat upon arrival, and the staff dealt effectively with my requests.
