“Has great views of the lake right on the water. The screened in porch with fireplace was a great addition for our stay. The screen porch has a bar area with sink icemaker, and drink cooler. The house was more than spacious and room for everyone. Excellent communications with the property manager answered all of our questions.”

“We enjoyed this stay very much. Once we arrived I was able to get into the kitchen to get a home cooked meal going quickly. The owner has thoughtfully organized the kitchen with everything needed to make this possible. What stood out the most about this adorable house was it being thoroughly clean. “Our stay was to visit Unclaimed baggage in Scottsboro along with thrift and antique shops in the area. The place was a little further than we thought (our fault in not paying attention to map info) but we found it as described -love no surprises - and had a magnificent view of sunrise over the water. ”

“A family vacation of boating, fishing, swimming and watching the RNC convention. Interesting, for a large number of cottages on the lake we saw very few people. I imagine the reason was the hot weather and most people were probably at the lake July 4th weekend. Therefore, we had the whole place to ourselves and enjoyed a quiet time and beautiful sunsets. It had bern decorated for Christmas which was something for which Id hoped, but didn’t expect as I know this owner has several properties and decorating them all for a holiday would be very time consuming. It was conveniently l9cated, well stocked and the perfect setting for our small family Christmas and we will definitely stay again!”

“We had six guys coming in from 3 different states for a fishing trip. Excellent spot for this! Year round deep water and the dock was just steps from the house. Nice central spot for us to watch football at night and hang around the fire pit. Had a great time with the guys and will be back next time we go to Guntersville.”
