“So glad we chose this property! It was a good size house and lovely view. There was everything you need including dishes, towels, washer and dryer, etc. I thought the view was just breathtaking. We fished and swam off the dock. Very quiet and peaceful place. Great communication with the owner. I absolutely highly recommend!!”

“We had a great time, the house was well stopped, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We’ll definitely rent again. The only small problem that we had is that we are a family of coffee drinkers so we really needed a coffee pot with a carafe. Other than that, everything was awesome.”

“This was a great location--lovely views of the lake and we could watch water fowl from the couch. The house is very well-maintained and an easy place to visit with family. “A family vacation of boating, fishing, swimming and watching the RNC convention. Interesting, for a large number of cottages on the lake we saw very few people. I imagine the reason was the hot weather and most people were probably at the lake July 4th weekend. Therefore, we had the whole place to ourselves and enjoyed a quiet time and beautiful sunsets. We’ll return to Lake Weiss in the future. Thank you Loren”

“We stayed here while riding SXS at Indian Mtn. The beds were comfortable, tankless water heater so plenty of hot water. It’s an actual museum that appears to be open to public so the vibe is a little different your staying at a business, they have lots of snacks/food. I didn’t see any cameras but coming from shower and kitchen in my underwear with signs saying it’s monitored by camera is different. Overall nice stay worked well for us. Thank you”

“Two friends drove from different states and met in the middle...Oxford AL! Enjoyed the house and had plenty of space, enjoyed Hubbards on Main for dinner and a church service nearby. Although we walked a short block to the quaint downtown (truly, so close), we occasionally faced a stray cat or barking dog off leash. Very easy check in and out. Great communication with the host.
