“The lobby and atmosphere is beautiful. Everything looks to be updated and very clean. Check In/Out was a breeze. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean and nicely updated. “I have been to more than 30 states in the United States, and this hotel is the worst. In order to save costs, since the pillows, jackets and sheets have not been changed, there are guests' hair and greasy black on the pillows, and the sheets have traces of burnt body hair and cigarette butts, the room is not soundproofed, and even a pack of coffee is not provided, we spend 83 dollars to live in such a terrible room. There's only $40 worth of service here, and it's rare for me to judge a service……

“Crack hotel with elephants trying to do gymnastics upstairs. Room smelled Musty. Big chip out of bathroom sink, dirty wash rag hanging over shower curtain, and cobwebs everywhere. Then found a makeup brush between the sheets!! Nastiest hotel ever! No fire alarm either which is a fire hazard. Complained of my dogs barking when they weren't ever left by themselves. Crackheads must be leaving good review to have an 8.”
