“We needed a centralized, comfortable, and quiet place to stay for family visits. Our hosts made the check-in and out process seamless and the communications were very timely. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the house, our returns from long family visits were relaxing.”

“The house was very clean and up to date inside, however the outside definitely needed to be mowed and the porch was full of bugs and the furniture outside was very dirty. I had to clean it myself before we could use it. The dock definitely needs some work. But was usable and the kids enjoyed fishing from it. I enjoyed our view. ”

“Shannon was an excellent host! She responded very quickly which wasn't often as anything you would need was in the house. We had our pet with us and we took her just down the road to Greensport Campground for walks. We enjoyed the screened in porch to eat meals or sit and read in the evenings. We would definitely stay here or at one of Shannon's other properties as she is such a host! greathost!host!host!wedefhere.”

“I booked this charming lake house for my weekend reunion with my sister, my mother and my aunt. Even though it was raining outside, we truly had a great time. The lake view was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the birds and fishermen in their boats while we talked for hours on the back porch. We even spent a hour talking on the dock under the roof. We all slept well on the beds. We ate every meals in the kitchen without going out. The grill was super easy for me to use to cook the hamburgers. ……

“Came in for a funeral which was in Heflin, so it was very convenient seeing friends and family from the area. The place was very clean. We were in need of nothing and they were very accommodating when asked if we could have a few people over in the evening.”
