“The only reason I am NOT giving this hotel 5 stars is because our room was never cleaned during the six days we stayed. We asked at the front desk and both times we returned to a room that had not been cleaned. Primarily we just wanted the garbage emptied and some new towels. No explanation, it just wasn't done. Other than that, I was happy with the hotel, the room and it's location. ”

“Wow what a hotel!! Our favourite place we have ever stayed in the world. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we required.
