“The Barahi jungle Lodge is a beautiful place, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a bit of luxury in Chitwan! A few highlights: -Their commitment to sustainability is exceptional. For example, most of the food is grown on site, and they've effectively done away with single use plastic - The service!! This is old school hospitality. Anything you need at all, someone is ready to help. They surprised us with a complimentary bush dinner one evening (such a cool experience, would recommend)……

“The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! ”

“We had quite a bad experience staying three nights at the Jungle Villa Resort. At first view, many things work well - e.g. staff are kind, facilities are nice and clean as well as location near the river with jungle on the other side is beautiful. A large number of bad experiences with management was part of ruining the trip for us; incompetent and untrustworthy, lacking understanding of their guests. Furthermore, the resort felt like a prison, thus enabling the place to sell mediocre……

“This hotel is excellent in both location and hospitality. The staff are all incredible—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nearly perfect, with the only issue being the water pressure in the shower, which could use improvement. The kitchen staff stood out for their kindness and assistance, especially Hitlar and Rohit, who were exceptionally sweet. However, I would suggest the chef pay more attention to the momo, as the dough was too stiff, and the filling lacked juiciness. That said,……
