“We had quite a bad experience staying three nights at the Jungle Villa Resort. At first view, many things work well - e.g. staff are kind, facilities are nice and clean as well as location near the river with jungle on the other side is beautiful. A large number of bad experiences with management was part of ruining the trip for us; incompetent and untrustworthy, lacking understanding of their guests. Furthermore, the resort felt like a prison, thus enabling the place to sell mediocre……

The room was nearly perfect, with the only issue being the water pressure in the shower, which could use improvement. The kitchen staff stood out for their kindness and assistance, especially Hitlar and Rohit, who were exceptionally sweet. However, I would suggest the chef pay more attention to the momo, as the dough was too stiff, and the filling lacked juiciness. That said,……
