“We had a wonderfully serene and relaxing stay! The Cabin was so comfortable! We had such a great time relaxing on the porch with our tea in the morning, and dipping into the hot tub in the evenings! Our dogs loved the creek and pond on the property! Our hosts were so friendly, responsible and available! They made us feel so welcome, and made sure we had a great time! We would not hesitate to stay again!!”

“The host was phenomenal. The house is absolutely amazing and better than advertised. Everything was clean and beds slept wonderfully. Plenty of space and everything is set up perfectly. Indoor and outdoor space with plenty of comfortable seating was great. Bathrooms were spacious and spotless. Loved it!!!!”

“My realtor said get out of my home for the weekend showings, so I did. This is where I landed. The place was exactly as you see in the pictures. Welcoming, bright & freshly decorated. I was a bit apprehensive from a few of the reviews I’d read. Let me say there were no bugs in this flat. The house does have a very steep terrain in the back a bit, but nothing that could not be walked from the car to the unit in the back where we stayed. The hubs is in dementia & unsteady on his feet. He made out……

“It was a relaxing stay and everything was as described. The roads were very steep and curvey but with some concentration and slow driving they were manageable. I would be hesitant to drive them in the dark. Our first night there we were visited by a black bear in the back yard. We admired him from afar and he didn’t seem to mind us. We also saw several deer. Communication with the owner/ management company was great. Any questions were answered very quickly. I would definitely book again. ”

“What a nice quiet getaway tucked away in the woods. Those stairs inside can be a killer if you have joint problems so beware. There was a notebook on the counter with instructions and wifi password. It said to keep things wiped up to keep pest away, well being from the North I kept dishes done and counter wiped just forgot the flat of cinnamon buns and apple fritters. It was fine the first few days then they mowed the grass when I came back from a family function the counter was black with ants……

“We had a great time in Big Canoe. Plenty to do for everyone. The property was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. The hot tub and sauna were perfect after long days of exploring, hiking, fishing, and boating. The Mountain views from this property are spectacular! The home is lovely and well cared for. The Big Canoe community is impressive. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful summer vacation!”
