The location was very convenient to our destination-Lake Lanier's Margaritavelle/Snow Island as a treat for our grandchildren for Winter Break. There were many convenient restaurants nearby. “The property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We actually met him and his business partner when we checked in. Our kids really enjoyed the house. The kids bedrooms upstairs were large and the private bathrooms were a big bonus. It feels like a lake house, which is what we wanted.The Sonos speaker setup is really nice and the foosball table in the basement was fun to play.Since it was late December when we stayed, we didn’t take advantage of the lake.
