“First glance walking in we absolutely loved it. So nice and stayed really cool even with the heat and humidity outside. The full bathroom was also stunning. We had no issues but if we did, we felt as if there was no problem contacting host and getting a timely response. 5 to 10 minutes and your back in town around whatever you may need, or jump on the highway and be in Atlanta in 30. I would recommend this place to anyone staying around lawrenceville,Snellville,loganville and Grayson. We hope to……

“Arrived at apartment to find it occupied by a woman who rents it and has lived there for years. She indicated this happens often. No communication with VRBO lister. Had to get a hotel room instead. Talked with VRBO. They refunded money and confirmed it was a scam.”

“We never actually got to stay at this property. Upon asking for entrance information ONE DAY before our stay, the property manager informed us that there were squatters he “couldn’t get rid of” and that the property was unavailable. We had to press and find a much more expensive alternative. Property manager also tried to get ME to cancel the reservation in VRBO which would have left me with no refund. Scam?”

“We absolutely love this place. Could not have been more perfect. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We were there to visit our new grandson and we just had a spectacular time. “Very nice property...lots of room. Owner was good about supplying things for stay, including water, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. The parking app didn't work so the owner came over at 10 pm the first night to give me a parking decal so I wouldn't have my car towed. She was wonderful with communication....above and beyond.”

“This was a building the owner apparent divided into 4 rentals. The unit was very tidy and spacious enough for 2. The shower was nice. The kitchen was fine. The decorating was fairly modern. HVAC worked well. Shower above average. Washer/dryer perfect and newer. The area has a Publix and Walmart nearby. There is an Olive Garden walkable (1 minute). The exterior is a bit run down. Only downside was adjacent unit noise. The joist system transmitted sound. ”

“Great alternative instead of a hotel! Would love to stay when I a game is happening, would be a great option to watch a game. Everyone was super friendly throughout, all the building staff and tenants are great! Close to everything! Parking is a tad annoying if you have a big truck, it’s tight and limited spots.
