“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The house had everything we needed. We chose the option to rent the boat and the kids enjoyed tubing. Colby had great communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a……

“I will definitely be using this home for my next and hopefully all trips in Georgia. The home was comfortable and spacious…there were towels out on the bed, folded neatly. The kids didn’t want to leave lol..they loved “the blue house” lol. The neighborhood was very quiet. I liked that we were able to walk around the neighborhood. ”

“This place was supplied with everything that you need or wanted, with extra supplies. I was staying for my daughters wedding and I couldn’t have had any other place as comfortable and roomy to keep my stress level down. It was 3 minutes from the Country Club where the reception was and maybe 5 minutes to the Grooms parents house. I wanted to cry having to leave! Thank ya’ll so much for having us and providing a fabulous place. ”

“Beautiful home!”

“Loved the layout of this lake house. Plenty of space. Perfect amount of separation between kids and couples. Awesome common areas for us to gather. More than enough bathrooms which prevented arguments.That’s a huge plus. We loved the closeness of the private dock. Kids fished and the easy access to the boat and jet ski made everything care free. It was clean and easy to communicate with the manager. No complaints about this house or our vacation. ”

“Our family, spanning three generations, had an absolutely perfect stay at this lake house! It was the ideal setting for creating memories together at the lake. The house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The game area downstairs was a huge hit, keeping both kids and adults entertained for hours.The abundance of seating made it easy for our group to gather for meals, conversations, or just to enjoy the lake views. “Home was clean and neat with a cabin feel. Came to kayak fish but weather changed to poor. 15 minute kayak ride to Lumpkin ramp, which was convenient to use dock for boats / kayaks. Nice stay. One thing, no garbage cans on site..”

We were a group of six, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and even some surprise visits from local wildlife—we spotted deer, a chipmunk, and a variety of birds, which was a treat!The location was also perfect. “We stayed here for our family vacation to Georgia, and I’m so glad we did! The house is beautiful inside and out. The house was clean, and very well organized. If you’re traveling with kids it’s also a plus as The house was stocked with toys, a high chair, pack and play, booster seat, stroller and even has the cutest little playroom. The stairs have a safety gate both at the top and bottom of the steps which is amazing! I loved that every room had a tv as it was easy to throw on anyone’s……
