“Hubby surprised me with a concert at WinStar. I found this perfect 2 bedroom 1 bath getaway. 1.7 miles to WinStar. No local ubers/lifts, so plan to drive. The place has all that uou need. If you plan on using a lot if ice...i recommend you grab a bag... it has 2 ice trays. Other than that...we will definitely stay here again!”

“The property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and, there was enough room for us to have our small family conduct a good Christmas Eve gathering.”

“We loved our stay and will highly recommend this property to others!! My daughter left her purse at the property and we didn't realize until the next day. Our hosts reached out and through their care and great communication, we were able to get her purse back from the next guest who were so kind. Thankful for how they took care of us during our stay but also afterwards! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. It had everything we needed! We loved the big, comfortable couch and the 2 eating spaces. It was very close to the shopping areas and we could easily and quickly run out to grab what we needed. The only suggestion would be to have dressers in each of the rooms. We loved that there were plenty of hangers in all the closets but we still had to keep things in our suitcases rather than stowing them in some drawers. Overall, we had a fantastic time……

“Our group has been traveling to different areas for the last 16 years. This house was lovely and met our needs. It’s in a quiet area. The house had lots of rooms and beds. Great kitchen with lots of seating. We would definitely consider another stay. ”

“We came to Denton for a church conference and this home was a perfect size and location for our crew. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 people. The only thing I wish we had more of was parking. Other than that overall I give this stay and the host 5 stars! ”

“Place was nice and new! Great quiet neighborhood. Upon arrival one bedroom light did not work. Another bedroom had a broken frame down and up propped against wall. Master bathroom closet was full of dirty sheets and comforters just thrown in a big pile. Bar stool broken and garage was filled and packed with previous guests garbage. For the price we paid for it we made do. Place was too nice to have arrived to so many uninviting flaws. All and all we had a good stay.”
