“房間很乾淨，每天都有人打掃。 但因為是公寓所以當有需要幫忙的時候無法即時有人幫你！也無法提前寄放行李或是離開後寄放行李。 隔音也很差。 但價錢很便宜！”

“This apartment is the best. First, location is definitely the best, just few steps outside of Rossio station. Second, they provide Pappa, Sault and olive oil, that is so good for us to cook in a apartment. Third, their laundry in common areas and easy-to-use, their also provide laundry ball. Last but not least, their honesty bar is so good. ”

“飯店地點很好，周邊交通及觀光景點便利。但飯店設備老舊，吹風機很老式（固定浴室內的吹管），廁所沖水容易故障，入住當天廚房滿滿上一位房客留下的生活垃圾未丟棄。入住當晚廚房電燈壞掉連續反應數次，到第三天早上再次反應櫃檯才更換。”

“This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.”

“The staff and rooms are excellent, showers are a delight to use. Not much extras provided, you have to pay for everything you may consume from the room fridge. However please be advised the street in front of the hotel is a tourist party street and music goes on from the bar downstairs until late night. The double soundproof windows filternout most of the noise and earbuds are provided, but it can still be an issue for very light sleepers.”

“The House on Pink Street is a gem! From checkin through checkout, everything was perfect. We had booked a Vibrant Studio and were upgraded to the Urban Residence (1 bedroom, with balcony) for one of our two-night stay. Both apartments are well appointed and stunningly beautiful. Joana and Veronica are true stars who have been most helpful throughout our stay—nothing was too much to them and one can totally feel how passionate they are about making sure their guests feel at home. “Everything worked and was clean. The location is perfect with bus stations and metro stations within 5 min walking. The supermarket nearby has all the essentials. The only little inconvenience we had was the laundry machine’s door handle was broken, allegedly by the last guest. We were told to just use a knife to jam open the door, and we did just that, so problem solved!”
