“The staff were very friendly and super helpful. I forgot the reception man’s name but he spoke with respect and was very hospitable. The rooms are average but I will stay here again The man in reception works the night shift, he deserves a bonus for his customer service! “This was my 2nd stay at Al-Madinah. Again it is off the beaten path in a construction contractor area. Then again Muscat does not have an entertainment area of bars, discos, restaurants like other countries. Thus with the exception of the mall hotels few to nothing is walkable. This hotel give a great price for those of you who already have malls at home, so the mall hotels are really not special to you. The only persistent issue is one of the South Asian front desk workers (this is not singling……
