“We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. “A perfectly delightful place to stay. The owners went above and beyond to welcome us! The apartment was thoroughly stocked with everything one might need. It is beautifully decorated, has a luxurious hot tub, lovely view, comfortable beds, quiet and has the most helpful and friendly hosts. Communications were prompt and full of helpful information. Location and parking were a big plus. We would highly recommend this to a couple or a family. If we go back to Crete, we will definitely stay……

“Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay……
