“We enjoyed the serenity of the property. A quiet place for 2 old friends to catch up. The house was very comfortable, everything seemed brand new & it was sparkling clean. Convenient location for everything we wanted to do. Would suggest adding a railing to the boat dock for safety. ”

“This and many other hotels owned by similar owners have given the poorest customer service for online reservations. I ordered a room with a King sized bed, but was presented a room with two queens. They tried to make me pay twice even though I told them I paid through VRBO. That was an absolute fiasco. I could go on. It wasn't a nice stay. ”

“The property is in the process of renovaton. The staff were helpful to deliver the needs of myself and my granddaughter and for that we are greatful.”

“I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us. We go in and they had not cleaned the bathroom, pee stains on toilet, no towels, burn holes in all the furniture. I went……

“Perfect for our visit. The host is responsive and accommodating. House was clean and spacious, and had everything needed. The beds were comfortable. Steps away from Parrot State Park walking trail. A quick drive takes you to a cute little downtown area with plenty of options for a drink or lunch. We had a nice dinner at Sullivans Supper Club. Would stay again. Was so glad we could bring our pup! Thank you. ”

“We stayed the weekend for a college reunion- this is our 5th stay - and it keeps getting better. Friday night we had a small get together before heading out to local restaurants and all who stopped by commented on how beautiful the house was and how great the location is. Both inside and outside were great- was a great venue for the 8 of us who stayed. Already looking at dates for the next get together- and making a reservation for “the house” will be top on the list of to dos. ”
