Adi who is the manager treated us great, and was always around the hotel to make sure everyone was enjoying their time. Massage was also very good and professional! “There’s NO service at all. Paying $850 usd per night and there’s no staff to carry your luggage, park the car, any help at all. The property it’s very bad conditions and it will get worst. Ther no maintenance at all. The food it’s very low quality and not presentable. ”

“The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. Our stay was made even less pleasant by a water outage which limited our ability to shower and by stairs that were literally not safe to walk on. We contacted the owner on……

“Beautiful space,very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between . Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around.……

“Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times. 2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!! 3. Host asked us to leave exactly at 11am which was known. However we thought we can check out the……
