“This is such a lovely property in Gardiner! The location is incredible - right on the Main Street and a 7-8 minute walk (or much less) to every restaurant, adventure, market, shop and even the Roosevelt Arch / entrance to Yellowstone. The back porches overlook the Yellowstone River. We didn’t want to leave this property for meals and brought many carry-outs to the decks to enjoy the relaxing view. “only a 10 minute drive out of west yellowstone, but it was so worth it. A very quiet neighborhood. The house was visited almost daily by a herd of 30-40 buffalo, including 8 babies. They were spectacular. The house is dated, but the bathroom has been updated. The kitchen needs some love. It was adequate. TV was good, Beds were super comfortable. Great having washer/dryer. I would definitely stay again.”

“I needed a place to stay for six friends the night before we departed from Bozeman airport. We wanted a place where we could all hang out together easily and this was definitely the best spot! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time sitting around Eating snacks and drinking wine! “I traveled to Bozeman with a group of friends after a wedding, and this was a great place to be. The location was walkable to a lot of great places, and the house was spacious enough for a large group. Communication with Jason was quick and easy, and he did everything he could to ensure we could check in and out at our convenience. ”

“Absolutely wonderful! At night you could hear the river and the elk across the way along with the horses! Far enough from town but only a 15 minute drive to the Roosevelt Arch! Great dining in the area and very convenient. I would like to have had access to the top balcony, but it was being remodeled. Otherwise the house was top-notch!”

“The property was fantastic. The location was easily walkable to shops, restaurants and a market. The area had events and live music in the park. We enjoyed finding different restaurants to eat during our stay. The location was great and had plenty of access to Big Sky Mountain for hiking. It was less than an hour from the West entrance to Yellowstone which was a bonus. After our long days of adventure we enjoyed coming back to the property and playing board games and soaking in the hot tub.……
