“This is the best place we have rented in our 7 nights of staying in the Yellowstone area! So peaceful to sit outside and listen to the river. All of the extras that are here are great and appreciated! Would definitely recommend!”

“This is an AMAZING location! Million Dollar views. If you're like my wife and I, you won't want to do anything other than sit on the deck and take it all in. We grilled dinner, had drinks and woke up early the next morning to watch the sun rise. GREAT Hosts as well. Thank you for such an incredible stay. We will be back!!!!”

“Excellent facility with everything you need for a pleasant carefree stay. This place had more room than we needed and it was very comfortable. Lots of interesting decorations and a beautiful garden. Gardiner itself could use some better eatery solutions. The vegetarian in our group had little to no options and there was always a long wait to eat at supper time. Food shopping was limited too. Bring you own groceries and use the generously equipped kitchen at the cabin. ”

“The barnhouse was a perfect “home away from home” for our trip to Yellowstone. It was conveniently located for Yellowstone and it was easily one of the best stocked VRBO rentals I have stayed in. Family is near the property and they gave us guidance on the area but never interfered with our plans. If you are think about staying around the north entrance to Yellowstone or just staying in Gardiner area, look no further, select this property for your stay. Livingston is also a nicely town to……

“We were hesitant to stay at a yurt but wanted a new experience. This yurt was perfect, as it was a bit more "glamping" than what a typical yurt might be. Best of all it was clean, very pretty, and had everything we needed from lots of towels to dishes, glassware and full coffee set-up; mini-fridge, cooktop, toaster. AND the location was great. Just out of Yellowstone, up a bit of rugged terrain where we saw a bear and a mountain goat on two separate occasions. Quiet, peaceful. HIGHLY recommend.……

“ Property has lots of space and supplies for family (all ages) and/or friends to spread out. Located near west entrance to Yellowstone National Park and close to town and shopping. Property was very neat and clean. Lots of towels. Hannah answered all our questions and requests quickly and accommodated our need for early info (due to isolated travel locations). Very pleasant location for a visit to Montana. Property a bit cool for Gulf Coasters like us, but extra blankets and spreads……
