“Yes. There are a lot of stairs. But the location is perfect. We had everything we needed in the apartment. (We bought additional Moka grounds and dishwasher pods.) Beds were firm and comfortable. Water was warm for showers. Washer AND dryer for clothes. Our only issue is that the container for salt and for sugar were next to each other in identical vessels - so we did a lot of tasting to make sure we were using the right one! ”

“My wife and I spent nine nights is this spacious and well-equipped home in the quiet village of Montespertoli in the Chianti region of Tuscany. Bruno was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to our questions. “Please note they take a break everyday from 3:00pm - 6:30pm. We arrived at 1:30pm to check in, and was told that the room will only be available at 2:00pm. We then decided to leave our luggages, take a walk and come back in the evening. To be sure, we double checked with the receptionist if we can pick up the key in the evening - and she said yes! Rooftop and interior design is amazing

"We are staying at Deluxe double room for four nights. The room is spacious and well equipped. However, some of the arrangements in the bathroom are very strange. For example, the hooks for towels are installed inside the shower area. Makes no sense. Other than that, location is excellent. Rooftop view is unbeatable. Hotel design is heartwarming and just like your home. Highly recommended."

Will not choose this hotel again though

"Good location: The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to Santa Maria Novell station and the city. Cleanliness is ok. Only a small shower area in our room. Even though we closed the shower doors tightly, water still leaked out every time we used the shower - that was disappointing!!! The interior design of the hotel is unique, may not be everyone's taste though. Buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory - very few choices and of inferior quality. No coffee machine, guests need to place order for coffee (no extra charge). However, it may take a while to wait for the servers to come especially when it's busy time!"
