It was alittle warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with the 2 portable AC units but we managed. A short walk to the free DC trolley which was used daily with our group. If you have a bigger vehicle, the parking spot in the back is tricky to get into so once you’re parked, I’d leave it and walk to the free trolley. “Our stay at the VRBO home was truly magnificent! The gourmet kitchen made meal prep a delight, and the open concept living space was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The completely finished basement offered another spacious gathering area, while the compact yet powerful washer and dryer off the kitchen were incredibly convenient. “I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level.……

“Perfect for our Baseball/brewery weekend! Very walkable to Camden yard and many local breweries. The house was perfect for us (3 adults and a puppy). It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is cute but can be questionable from area to area but we are from the Philly area so this can be typical in many neighborhoods so we are use to it.”

“Just finished a 2-night stay here, and it was fantastic. I'm a clean freak, and this rental was SUPER clean! My son attends the Naval Academy, and he was able to stay with me for one of the nights. Beds were comfy, and it was nice having a TV in both bedrooms. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was great having a washer and dryer available to use. I would definitely stay again!”
