“We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor.”

Yonas was an amazing host—kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even helping me carry my heavy bags upstairs when I arrived, and allowing me extra time before check-out, which I truly appreciated. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, clean, and quiet. There's a park nearby with a waterfall which blocks out the sounds of surrounding traffic. The bed is very comforable and gave my spouse and I a wonderful night of rest. Overall we would happily stay here again. ”
