“Could not get in touch with host. Tried 3 different days and times to get the code to open the cottage door. Also when we found a broken chesterfield, no mirror in bathroom and the patio screen door sitting on the patio.Could not believe how bad things had become since our previous visit a year earlier.”

“The place was clean and felt spacious. However, I felt the kitchen was not very well equipped (incomplete set of cutlery, no lid for large pot, limited glasses) and the wifi was not reliable for streaming on the tv. The deck is quite large and has ample seating. ”

“There are not a lot of options for food other then driving to Bewdley. 10 minutes. They do have a small store onsite which would have been convenient but was shut down due to end of season”

“This property is so nice. Location is great close to the small downtown and beach. So much space and so clean! The little pond is so nice. We had a camp fire and listened to the frogs at night and movie nights and relaxed in the hot tub. Host was amazing! We will be back again for sure. ”

“Had my father visiting from scotland and went here for 3 days, such a calm and relaxed environment, plenty of things to do locally and it has everything you need”

“A beautiful quiet cottage, surrounded by a private tree lined lot. The cottage is clean, bright and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. The private deck off the back has a hot tub and impressive BBQ. Hosts are lovely and quick to respond to any questions or requests. You can see the detail and care they’ve put into every room to make their guests experience the perfect cottage get-away. ”

“The cabin was updated and okay. However, there were not enough towels for four adults, no hand towels, no wash clothes, and only one dish towel to wipe the dishes. Also, it would have been nice to have a toaster, and electric kettle that worked properly. Please update your amenities. The boat launch area is in need of repair, it was in poor condition and it was difficult to launch our boat. ”

“It was a good cabin for the price. Host was excellent communicating and manager on site was terrific. Area is a bit crowded and was not what we expected. Still, I would return, a good place to stay.”

"Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay. A male staff help me to register membership , I stays over 30 days Holiday inn in the pass few year in different country. No staff proactive help me register the membership. And the female staff asked me again when I check out. And she also asked me how to improve. Although the room is not perfect, and somethings need to improve. She really mark it down on the paper. Water pressure is not high enough. Shower Water is not warm enough. Door cannot lock automatically after you close the door. Lotion in washroom look like mixed with water. No matter it can improve or not. They try their best. The breakfast is good! Machine making pancake, fast, clean, fresh. And also my fast time to see cooked Quaker oatmeal. I like it. Much better than the instant one. Appreciated for all your effort. We are very happy to stay here and will come back again. "
