“The house is beautiful, clean and cozy. When we arrived, the heat had been set to 65, it was quite cold. It did take a while to warm up as it's radiant heat (in the floors). Could have used a few more necessities in the kitchen. The game room offers hours of endless fun. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was clean and had everything you needed. The cottage is small, but we spent most of our time outside. The view was stunning and the doc was a great place to see the lake and look at the starts. This location is great to be able to explore around Seneca and Keuka lakes. ”

“Perfect location, beautiful view of Lake and the stars!! Clean place, Wi-Fi better than I thought it would be. Only complaint is hot tub. It took 16 hours to get it up to temp from our original check in time. Once up to temp, it was nice, but loses heat after about half hour. It drops 5 degrees then takes about 8 hours to get back up to temp. I know it’s a newer hot tub so I assume host is working out the kinks. Great stay though and good host communication. ”

“Even in the very cold of winter, our stay was amazing! The owners were great, they had everything ready when we arrived and were so prepared we didn’t need to contact them for anything, even though they had simple instructions on how to if needed. We will definitely return!!!”
