“The hostel was in a great location, right on the beach and an easy walk up to Naksansa, as well as a short bus or taxi ride from Yangyang town. The bathrooms however had a lot of mould, and there was almost never anyone at reception to ask for directions, mind your belongings, or even just give general info on the area. Maybe it was off-peak season too, but there was no atmosphere to be found here.”

“It was a really nice stay! I stayed here for the olympics and the staff was so so so so helpful with helping me get around. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but it’s alright. Everything else is great. Even the free breakfast is pretty good!”

“Overall - it's clean, it's safe, it's warm, and there are lockers - it does the job for "I need to sleep somewhere warm and clean", which is all I needed it to do. It's really hard to find the guesthouse - the address on hotels.com is only written in English, but most of the cab drivers don't speak English. It's a good idea to get the address in Korean. The place is pretty hands-off. I arrived at 11:00 pm, and couldn't figure out how to get in, so I went down to the very lively party in the……
