There are neighbors near by but we never encountered anyone.We thoroughly enjoyed the area with a town not to far that had anything you would need. Lots of beautiful lakeshore to explore.We enjoyed the zoo, bear ranch, kitchitikipi, and visited both Lake Michigan and Lake Superior. ”

“Excellent get away to relax and unwind, do a little fishing, swimming, two tracking! It’s great because it’s midway between Manistique and Munising about 20 minutes both ways, we loved it! Lots to see and do!”

“My husband, his parents, and our two dogs spent the weekend here. It was perfect for us! Easy access to the snowmobile trails from the house (have to cross the road then drive down a not busy road about 1/2 mile), plenty of parking for our two trucks and trailers, and extra space for our dogs to run around and enjoy the snow. Plenty of room in the house for us to lounge around comfortably. We would stay here again! ”

“The host was kind enough to modify our original booking to add 3 more adults and 2 nights without difficulty. The cabin itself was nicely decorated and well equipped with great views. Checkin process was delayed over 2 hours since the wrong code for the lock was provided and the host was not replying on Vrbo. After calling twice, I reached the host who stated a text was sent the morning of checkin with the correct code and other information, but it was never received and no message was sent in……

“We had swven in our party and the lodge had plenty of space for all of us. It was very close to Kitch-iti-kipi Springs and Fayette which we had plenty of time to visit. Loved the lake and will definitely be booking again in the future. ”

“We had a group of nine and had a blast staying at the house. The house itself is old and very noisy when you walk around but the outdoor spaces made up for it. We loved the decks, hot tub, fire pit and private beach. It was a great location to explore the UP. Our dogs loved it too ”

“Beautiful spot and exactly how it was described. The solar power system worked great and lasted a while. The lake was peaceful and calm. The hosts were great and allowed privacy with a separate drive. Nice remote area. Great scenery, tranquil, and peaceful. Great place to stay and definitely would stay again. The hosts are easy to get ahold of and super helpful about the area and the cabin! ”
