“Everything about this place was amazing. The cabin was in a beautiful remote location. It was renovated and decorated beautifully. The cabin was well stocked with everything you would need. The kids loved the little playground and searching for treasures at the beach. We had to go down just a bit to get a sandy beach for swimming which was not a bad walk at all. The owners communication was great as well. We will definitely be coming back and can’t wait for the next stay! ”

“Loved the location. Very private and quiet. The only thing wrong was we had to clean the grill before we could use it. It had to be taken apart and scraped out so much funk. Also the goose poop was bad the last night we stayed and couldnt sit outside which was a real bummer. I messaged multiple times and never heard back from owners”

“My family of 5 adults 2 kids and 2 large dogs all fit comfortably in the cabin. We all enjoyed camp fires, fishing from the dock, and taking the boats onto the lake. The location is peacful with no close by neighbors and about a half hour drive to Lake Superior. I was worried about bugs (house is located in the woods) but was pleasantly surprised the house didnt have spiders or cob webs inside at all. Lots of mosquitoes by the water so dont forget your bug spray. I would recommend this property……

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lake is beautiful. Loved the kayaks. The amenities were great, but the cottage still maintained that rustic charm. We were very happy we were able to bring our dog. Check in and out process was very easy. Owner was very responsive and informative. We will definitely stay again. ”
