“Although we had a few issues with the VRBO site not clearly representing the homeowners wishes, overall our stay was amazing! This house was perfect for us we had seven adults and four children with plenty of room to spare. It was set up for families like ours not too fancy I didn't have to worry about the grandkids breaking anything although I did take out the insurance just in case. The grandkids loved the ability to throw the basketball in the backyard have a bonfire and just space to play.……

“You will not find a more beautiful property with everything a family or group could want. The property is an oasis conventiently located in Rockford and easy to access from Chicago. The house is exactly as described only better. Expansive and well equipped kitchen. Plentiful and comfortable bedrooms and conveniently located on two floors. First flior bedrooms ideal for those who don't want to climb stairs. Multiple sitting and living areas. Lovely outdoor spaces with plenty of land to enjoy.……

“We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend to celebrate my niece’s 29th birthday, and the house was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. Towels weren’t placed in the bathrooms or bedrooms—we had to search the basement laundry room to find them. There also seemed to be no pest control done at all, as we encountered……

“Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. Our objective was to spend time together without having to go anywhere to entertain the 5 grandchildren (ages 6mo - 8). This was definitely the right place.There was enough space that we could have multiple small gatherings going on at the same time ... billiards, ping pong, card game,……

“The home is stunning and well suited for multiple couples/families. We gathered in Rockford for a funeral and had cousins and family from out of state. We had a meaningful time and the home is absolutely beautiful and well suited for gathering of people to talk and play games. And have breakfast coffee together. Definitely on the ‘stay again’ list thank you, Todd PS: the teen boys loved the arcade room and the rest of us loved the showers - nice renovation touch, very European ”

“We were in town for a wedding taking place at Gardens of Woodstock. This home is perfectly located to walk to Woodstock Square (where there are great things to explore), drive to the local public pool (slides & diving boards!) or walk around the neighborhood. The house was great for our family of four and we even hosted six extra adults for dinner one night. The owners were great with communication. We highly recommend this property!”

We had some big storms come in on our first two nights and she communicated wonderfully to check in on us.There was fresh fruit available and it made it easier to come in and rest before we went out for groceries. Among a few other wonderful setups that just made staying more enjoyable.My family loved the open concept! “We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and my sister’s family and my dad. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well stocked with pool floaties. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend. We also enjoyed that each bed had different firmness levels so we could choose our preferred softness. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery……
