“Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. All these things could easily be remedied to bring this nice……

“Side table in living room near fireplace and the table between the beds in master bedroom are extremely shakey to the point that we were afraid to touch them for fear they would fall.Found 2 dried dog turds , one on rug in the front bedroom and one behind the recliner by the curtains ,.Listed as having a grill , but it is so worn out you can't use it.”

Big yard for the kids to run around and play volleyball & toss the football Lots of seating outside & nice fireplaces Game room & pool table were nice to keep the adults entertained We hope to return this summer and spend a weekend to relax and enjoy this spacious relaxing home Definitely recommend, & Stephen was easy to communicate with and quick at responding 10/10”

“We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Midland! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The house is incredibly roomy, with plenty of space for our entire family, including my teen kids and my parents.The family room was the highlight for us! It’s equipped with a pool table and plenty of seating, which kept everyone entertained for hours. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals for……

“We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties, but only a few while traveling with our dogs. It doesn’t get much better than this. Fenced yard — AMEN! After 9 hours on the road, it was such a relief to all of us to get to relax in the back and enjoy a lovely evening. Lovely townhome. Clean, beautifully laid out. We could comfortably live here. Very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.”
