“Clean property with plenty of space for our family. Wasn't too far from everything we went to do. ”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Cottage! We were there for 3 days while in Kansas City for business and it was the perfect place to unwind after many business meetings. The surrounding countryside is really peaceful and the gardens area is pretty. The pond is a nice place to sit too. All the appliances worked well, it was clean, and the owner was great at getting back to you quickly if you had a question. We had the farm fresh eggs and they were fantastic. If we come……

“I didn't like that the thermostat was upstairs to the other part of the house. I had no control or access to it and it was really cold when we got there. ”

“we had 14 at our reunion and had plenty of space. We had a couple of guys who preferred to stay at a hotel and there were a couple about 5 minutes away. We had a caterer for our meals and Lori was great in allowing them to come in a little early. The main floor kitchen had 2 dishwashers which was helpful. All in all, a great place. We would use it again”

“We had a lovely stay and were within walking distance of old town Overland Park and the farmers market. Great little shops and wonderful restaurants. Apartment was clean and owner took care of a few minor issues right away. Would stay here again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really nice and clean. My teenagers loved that they each had their own little place they could hang out, very roomy. I liked the ease at which we booked the VRBO and it was the feeling of home. I would definitely stay again.”

“The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. ”

“Overall, my wife and family enjoyed their time here. Pros: great location, well-stocked kitchen, lots of spaceCons: there is an ant problem in the kitchen, place hasn't been dusted in awhile, and assorted small things are broken (smoke detector, towel rack etc.)All in all, they had a good time. The place needs a good cleaning and a visit from Orkin and it would be perfect.”
