“We stayed for one night, and it was fabulous! The staff and manager really made this stay great. Nothing was too much trouble. It was relaxing and calm. Everything was spotless clean. Our bedroom was great, with a view of the sea spacious and really comfortable. The food was excellent so compliments to the chef! Enjoyed the stay so much we are booking again. We really recommend this hotel...but more than anything what a fantastic team.”
“Loved our stay. The people who run the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and were able to use the car park and check in as our room was ready.
Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy with lovely sea view.
Breakfast was great. Good choice and all cooked fresh.

“All staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in good condition and clean. For a hotel all meal and drink prices were reasonable.
Ideally placed for a walk along one of the best beaches in Norfolk and very short drive into G Yarmouth or Lowestoft.
The new children’s water fun area is brilliant for the little ones and free.”
“Had a very enjoyable short break at Decoy Barn whilst we were in the area visiting relatives. Disabled friendly room with no steps to climb which was ideal for me after recovering from leg surgery and cannot walk unaided. Breakfast is optional and very reasonable priced for the lovely food you got and plenty of it. Certainly set us up for the day! Would highly recommend. Plenty of off road parking in private car park as well. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and we definitely hope to be……

“Lovely friendly staff, room was immaculate. Food on the restaurant and the cocktails were delicious and great value for money.
The only thing I could say that is negative is that maybe the fan in the room needs updating.
