“We checked in but did not stay in the apartment. When we arrived, we smelled an intolerable odor throughout. The bathroom shower curtain was laid over the doors to the washer and dryer and not hung in the bathroom. Outside was littered with trash and there was heavy construction nearby which was noisy. None of this was disclosed in the property description. I requested a refund of the money we paid since we did not stay there but the owner/manager did not respond. We left the apartment as……

“Place was different than what was depicted in the pictures, but the apartment was clean and I liked having the keyless entry. Toilet was broken and there was no working hot water. The description said there were wash cloths available, but there were only 2 large towels used for drying, not washing. Check-Out time could have been more generous (11pm or noon) given that Check-In was after 4pm. We had to rush out before we were well rested.”

“I was looking forward to this stay in Garland, TX, but unfortunately was disappointed in my stay. The check-in process is ideal and efficient for all travelers, but especially if arriving late. The first problem arose with the parking, which by no fault of the owner, but limited parking spaces due to repaving areas of the parking lots.
