“This is a great property with plenty of space and a beautiful kitchen and nice bathrooms! The pool and hot tub are also wonderful. There were some issues with necessary items not being provided when we arrived (sponges, ice trays, paper towels, etc.), but the host was very responsive and brought us what we asked for. The host controls the heated pool and hot tub from his phone, and was very responsive whenever I messaged him to turn them on or change the temperature! You can park in the garage,……

“Das Haus war neu renoviert und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände, wie Küchengeräte, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Gewürze, Badutensilien wie Shampoo, Conditioner, Waschmittel usw. waren nicht nur ausreichend, sondern reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit des Hausinneren hervorheben. Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienunterkünften in den USA und haben diese Sauberkeit bisher in dieser Form noch nie erlebt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und……

“The home is very nice and updated inside with a large open concept living and gathering area that was great for celebrating our father’s 92nd birthday with all the family! We made good use of the kitchen and dining rooms, and had fun in the pool and game room, there is lot’s to do! The hot tub is a bit small for a group but got nice and hot when our responsive host turned it on remotely. We will definitely try using this home again next year for birthday 93!”

“We found cockroaches in the kitchen, used drug paraphernalia , and the shower water sprays from the ceiling. There is no kitchen table to sit on, there are no pots and pans or kitchen equipment to cook, and the cabinets are so dirty they stuck together. The shower heads pop off when the water is on and there's water damage all over the bathrooms. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we got there and the outsode trash was over flowing. There was ZERO response from the host to any……

We live in the Dallas area, but our house is undergoing renovation, so we wanted a place to play and hangout with the family and some of his friends. This was PERFECT! There was plenty of room for movies and video games...the dining area was large enough to host family and friends and lay out all the food. My kids enjoyed the hot tub (not me since it's 100000 degrees in Texas right now) and they loved it! It was a last-minute……

“The home lives up to the ad. Very comfortable, nicely accommodating to infants and entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and appliances. There was a problem at check-in that was swiftly resolved by the host. The location is an older neighborhood but we always felt safe. Overall, a great place to stay.”

“Home laid out perfectly for our needs, and pool was fun for everyone. We have a couple of suggestions: renters should ask the host to be sure pool is serviced and clean one day before arrival. Suggest the host put the garage door opener in a visible place. We had trouble finding it. Parking was tight out back in the alley, as we had 3 bigger suburbans. But we made it work. All else was fabulous. ”
