“Very pleased with our stay, from inquiring until checkout Mark was very responsive and kind. As mention before the area is sketchy but it was very quiet and I didn’t feel concerned or scared. Home was clean and EXTREMELY SPACIOUS. Never found a rental so big for near that price. I will add that there is no carpet or rugs anywhere in the home so bring socks or slippers. “The house was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might want for an extended stay with all the cabinets labeled to easily locate what you needed. The check in process was very easy. The owner was exceptional and very responsive to our questions. The area was so peaceful. There are deer throughout the resort who will happily have a picnic in your yard. It's also in a great location for exploring the area with just short drives to Ellijay and Blue Ridge among……

“My family and I stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend. The weekend was fantastic - we enjoyed the property and the location of the house. The outside area was amazing and we spent a ton of time on the boat dock fishing. The host, Jin, is absolutely amazing and answered any questions we had very quickly. I HIGHLY recommend if you need a place to stay, we will definitely be back. ”

“Home is close proximity to many places in Dallas, it is also very close to DART (public transportation) station, so don’t be alarmed by the number of homeless individuals. They do not bother anyone, but know they are there. Neighborhood is quiet for how it looks! House was as advertised and it was clean. Property manager easy to interact with and quick to respond. Fan in one of the rooms didn’t work, as the remote was missing, so it was a little warm in that room. Kitchen could use a few more……

“This is a spacious, well-located townhome with a great view of Lake Ray Hubbard. It’s close to shopping, dining, and other conveniences, which made it a solid base for our trip. We also appreciated the variety of activities—board games, a video arcade, and corn hole were big hits with our group.That said, the property could benefit from more attention to detail. We arrived to find it needed both interior and exterior cleaning, and we ended up replacing the propane and fixing the grill burners……
