“The area was unusually cold and the house with tile floors warmed very slowly. It took a couple hours to find a good temp. ”

Close to a lot of restaurants within walking distance choir neighborhood and really enjoyed the stay. “We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay……
