“The house was clean and met our expectations. Plenty of room. We were taken aback to see a person at like 9pm in the backyard. That was a bit unsettling especially because there were no blinds covering the windows. The owner addressed that immediately along with lighting out front near the garage because it was really dark when we pulled up . We wish there were more face clothes available- we had to buy our own. But other than that it was cool ”

“Overall, the house was great for us. There were a few issues that I hope can be resolved before your next group. First, one toilet in the bunkhouse was very slow to fill up, so it wasn’t very usable. Also, the bunkhouse was not very clean. One girl had to brush away spider webs and ended up having two bites on her foot. Some of the sheets had a musty smell and the whole bunkhouse had an unpleasant odor. We didn’t know which internet provider we were to use. The password was available, but we had……

“We had a group of 9 people with plenty of space and places to sleep. The amenities were more than enough to sit back and relax without even leaving the house! It is even in close proximity to go out without long travel times. The game room made great time and memories, along with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Highly recommend for those trying to stay in the Dallas area.”

“This property is located away from the traffic and crowds of DFW. The home is within walking distance of many necessities (large Kroger, pharmacies, fast food, etc.). The home was beautiful. It was clean, well maintained, and large enough for our group of 6 adults, 4 teenagers, and a child. We would definitely use this home for another stay!”
