“The house is lovely but the dishes we pulled out of the cabinet were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them and there was trash under two of the beds, used soda cans and used tissues The driveway has some huge pot holes”

“The ranch house was perfect for our large group of friends. The outside spaces were ideal for hanging around the fire out, enjoying outdoor snacks, and even playing a competitive game of indoor pickleball. ”

“House need a lot of TLC. Broken unsafe chairs. Back door opened and did not close properly. Messaged the owner never got the right code to enter so kept getting locked out. Believe they watched on the door cam and opened but no real access. Stains everywhere the couch the floor. Nothing to wash dishes. Scary bugs on the floors and walls. Need a lot of a deep cleaning.”

“Very cute tiny house, bigger than i thought. Perfect for a nice, quiet getaway from the city. Would definitely stay there if im ever in town again.”

“We had a nice stay! Plenty of room to spread out, the pool was a bonus, a wonderfully stocked kitchen, and nice decor. We would stay here again!”

“We stayed here because it was halfway to our son. Our son was able to meet us here for a long weekend. Everything was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and we loved the sofa. We will definitely stay again if we are in Rockwall. Great shopping and restaurants nearby, ”

“The house was a great location for our Granddaughter’s softball tournament. Other than the barking dog next door (every night, which the host can not control) the neighborhood was very quiet. The house listing says it sleeps 15. It is well laid out with lots of comfortable beds. Really needs to upgrade living room furniture. Really no place for the adults to sit. More like sitting in a pew in church. Overall we would definitely recommend the house. If you are coming no for softball super close……

“This was a beautiful safe place to stay with my family and ag coach for my daughter to show her pig at the state fair and it was only 15 minutes from the barn! Highly recommend!”
